  This store is the most pathetic store ever . the staff are inexperienced , rude & don't know what they are on about. My wife & I got Apple I phones 3 weeks ago & they both sound like they are under water. we rang up to get info on how to set them up as son as we got home as mine was not set up as asked at the store. They did answer on this occasion, however we have both tried 4 times each since & they wont answer or return calls. Took phones back today & they told us they are faulty & have to be sent back to be repaired not replaced because they have to be notified within one day of the purchase. we were told we had one month from when we got them. the girl today told us we misunderstood the young sales man but then told us he didn't have any experience. I have always used Busselton telephones in the past & have never had any issues with product or service & will always use them again going forward. I will never go back to Telstra Busselton & would never recommend anyone else to either. have heard plenty of bad reports from other people since, pity you don't hear this before hand. Shouldn't even get one star rating.

  Extremely unhelpful and rude. After spending 3 hours on phone to Telstra was advised to go to shop, a 25 minute drive. Got a straight up answer of it can't be done and flatout rudeness. Spent another 45 minutes with phone support today and all issues resolved A1. Unbelievable.

  Polite to a T but the minute your out the store they ignore submitting the paper work for your plan and fail to fix it on follow up visits.

  After days trying to get explanation of bill increase from Phillipino call centre pleasant young man quickly worked out the problem but as the off shore people were dealing with it could not fix it there and then,but said if I haven't heard from them in a week call back to shop and he would see what he can do.Very impressed!!

  Today the service was great. I was worried after reading all the previous reviews however, they have really made an effort to turn around their customer service. Joe, the sales assistant did a great job upgrading my mums phone and I pad and gave us a better deal than I had originally asked for. Thanks Joe and the rest of the team.
