  Anne and Ivan are wonderful hosts and deliver a terrific service. One of the best B and B's we have stayed in, rivalling the ones on our UK trip.

  The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Everything you need is included in the rate, plus lovely extras. The welcome was delightful as were the scones, jam and cream to have with our first cup of tea.

  The room is well decorated, with the addition of recliner chairs, plus a table and chairs for our breakfast. And the breakfast... just delicious.

  We would love to return. Busselton is a great place to visit, plenty of tourist spots but also restful should you need it.

  Pretty close to perfection. Just a couple blocks from the city centre and a couple blocks from the beach it is very well located. Our suite was roomy and well appointed. The place was spotlessly clean and Ivan and Ann were very welcoming. Breakfast was good too. It is not the cheapest option but it is very nice and worth that bit extra if you want something special.

  Plenty of choices, cereal, juice, fruit and yoghurt plus a cooked breakfast cooked the way you like it. We could have it in our room or on the front verandah. Just perfect.
