  I've stayed here during the Busselton Fringe Festival due to its close proximity to the festival venues. Great parking, friendly staff, and we had a 'freshly painted' room with plenty of amenities including kitchen appliances which was great. Unfortunately we also had a cracked glass door and one of the previous occupant's empty packets of male.. enhancement.. was found in a drawer. Be aware that apparently the wifi drops out when it's windy too.

  A little old and rough around the edges, such as a broken fly screen door and chipped bathroom fittings. But it was clean and quiet, in a great location.

  Dinner was great and gluten free options amazing! Lovely staff, very comfortable dining room. Highly recommend when visiting Busselton.

  Service was great until my pizza come out to me 40 minutes after i ordered it and i took one bite and found the pizza to be cold i asked the staff to return it to the kitchen they returned 1 minute later with my pizza its was hot but also soggy they had microwaved my pizza although the staff ensured me it had been put back in the oven I returned it once more much to the staff disgust 20 minutes later I had my pizza in this time i saw 4 meals returned to the kitchen im sorry to say will not be returning or recommending this establishment.

  Food was terrible, ordered a pizza which was luke warm & no better than a shop pizza & paid $22 for it. Children's fish & chips no better. Will DEFINATELY not be returning. Place was empty so bad management as next to a caravan park & if food was good & better priced could be a so much busier. Worst meal I've ever paid for
