  Both My husband & I use Advanced hearing for our aids. My husband has a cochlea implant and has exceptional service from all the staff. Their caring and patience in helping a profoundly deaf person to hear is truly wonderful.

  The knowledge, the Aids available and the thorough testing for suitability for a particular hearing aid, were second to none. The follow-up appointments and tweeking for improved comfort and hearing were great. The inclusion of wives/partners a very sensible idea which gives clients that extra bit of understanding.

  As the wife of a previously deaf person, I am even more grateful to Advanced Hearing and Eimear. I have a husband more able to interact socially again, a person to have a conversation with, no more shouting and feel much less inclined to anger and frustration.

  Pleased to say I hardly ever use the hearing aids - only needed in my meetinghouse and at Council meetings where the high ceilings and background noise made them necessary. But last Wednesday at Council perturbed to find the new batteries I had just inserted didn't work. Haven't yet tried another packet, but they still had the tab on. Do they wear out if just sitting in the container???

  Excellent. Very accomodating, very friendly and high professional standard. Hearing tests and adjustments to hearing aids has always been excellent. Of all hearing service providers Advanced Hearing has been the best experience.
