    The red haired fellow may have been having a bad day but he looked at me like I was some sort of mad man when I asked for a certain moulded coolant hose to fit a certain vehicle. It was not even worth his time looking up the part, told me I would never find it in the area. If it's not an air freshener or a dash mat they can't be bothered. I then went to Auto1 Margaret River and they were not only happy to help and friendly they got me the part the next day.

    The staff exhibit the sort of low brow arrogance that comes with being an expert on all things motoring but nothing else. Disdain for customers who are ignorant of mechanical issues but otherwise intelligent, only causes alienation. They need a couple of hours study on customer service and consumer psychology. I won't be going back. At least the opposition ( super Cheap) exhibit friendliness, helpfulness and tolerance.
