  I was initially hesitant of using an unfamiliar car rental provider, however Andy from Busselton & south west rent a car, immediately put my concerns at rest with his friendly and approachable manner. He delivered an immaculate Toyota RAV4 on a Sunday so that my partner and I could visit Augusta. I admit I initially followed habit and tried to contact Avis, but underatandably wasn't able to reach them and thought my late plans to rent a car on a Sunday wouldn't come to fruition. Thank you Andy for allowing us the flexibility to achieve our goals of visiting our "must see" places whilst in Australia's west coast. My trust in small independent business's is rekindled. 10 out of 10 service from delivery to collection.

  Andy offers genuine good old fashioned customer service. The car I hired was 2 years old but in near new condition and well maintained. It was spotlessly clean and drove very nicely.

  If you're still not convinced; the price was 1/3 cheaper (for a much nicer car) than the competition's quote down the road... and much better terms (no holding deposit required and lower excess).

  I wish more car rental locations were like this one. What made it a more genuine transaction is that the owner personally assisted me with my vehicle rental for my holidays. Andy was very helpful and kind. You can tell that he cares alot for his customers and the service their provided with. He paid close attention to detail and knew of any and all nicks on the vehicle before renting them out. It was nice for him to point it out so I wouldn't have to worry later if it was new or not. The vehicle I rented was practically brand new. Thank you Andy for making my car rental experience as simple as possible :)
