  Shame that you have to give even one star just to make a comment. Worst branch of the CBA in Australia. Act like a bank and serve over the counter, don't push people out onto the street to do what you are paid to do.

  Disappointing service. Many people waiting, only one person attending to them and she is more concerned with chatting than efficiently and quickly dealing with customers.

  I have banked with CB for 30 odd something years and coming from the city there where times I was apoplectic with frustration at the service. However, moving to Busselton I have experience, on more than a few occasions the dedicated team of women at the local branch, shift heaven and earth to meet my needs. They are a great bunch ladies and I have the utmost confidence in their commitment.

  Surely it's obvious that there are more customers at lunch time. So it is daft that there is less staff at these times. Time for a new banking institution that cares about service.

  In an age of global warming, when renewables are not only necessary but exceedingly possible, they have to stop funding polluting coal projects and start being proactive in leaving the planet in better shape.
